SBUS interface-card controlled, multi-protocol, port-configurable, WAN
servers providing up to 64 high-speed WAN access ports for SPARC-based
Unix systems. High-performance SPARC system-based WAN servers enabling
up to 64 high-speed WAN ports to be accessed from a single SPARC system
slot, offers reduced local network traffic, easier installation, and
administration. Each WAN port is independently configurable,
supporting a choice of protocol, baud rate up to 256 Kbps full-duplex
per line, and synchronous or asynchronous mode. WANMultiServer 3000
provides high-speed RS-232 WAN links. WANMultiServer 3500 adds the
capability to configure -- through software -- each port's electrical
interface to RS-232, RS-422, RS-485, RS-449, EIA-530, or V.35.

Description:
