Description: Synchronize incorporates the advanced coordination features designed for enterprise and personal productivity, including the ability to schedule meetings and resources, distribute agendas and memos, share notes, assign and track tasks, and issue reminders. Synchronize offers daily, weekly, and monthly calendar views of personal and groups schedules, shared notes, and automatically updated task lists.

Synchronize 2.0's multi-threading architecture is capable of real-time scheduling, especially for enterprise-scale deployments with thousands of users supported by a network of servers. Because Synchronize communicates directly via TCP/IP, access to critical information is instant with none of the latency associated with E-mail-based scheduling, file-based access methods, or slower transports. Mobile users can use Synchronize as a standalone application and later merge information with the common database.
