Synchronize 2.0's multi-threading architecture is capable of real-time scheduling, especially for enterprise-scale deployments with thousands of users supported by a network of servers. Because Synchronize communicates directly via TCP/IP, access to critical information is instant with none of the latency associated with E-mail-based scheduling, file-based access methods, or slower transports. Mobile users can use Synchronize as a standalone application and later merge information with the common database.
