RDI's portable UNIX workstation, UltraBook, is now available with as much as 15 GB of hard disk storage in the same notebook-sized package.

Systems may be configured with as many as three removable 5 GB hard disk drives, expanding the UltraBook's available capacity by 6 GB. The new, larger drives are also available individually to current UltraBook users requiring the additional storage.

UltraBook's exceptional performance and feature -- including a 200 MHz UltraSPARC 1 processor, 14.1-inch high resolution display and up to 512 MB of memory -- make it the first UNIX portable that can operate on the desktop as a primary computing system. At just 7.5 pounds in its basic configuration, UltraBook is comparable to Sun's mid-range Ultra 1 workstation.
