Mandate Delivery is a tool for packaging and delivering Java applications. It builds cross-platform deliveries that can install on any Java-enabled system. Using Mandate Delivery, developers can build deliveries that will install on any system that can run Java applications.

The new tool builds self-extracting class files for the Java platform. Once a self-extractor is built, the user simply downloads the self-extracting class file from the net and executes it using a Java Virtual Machine. The user will be asked to select a folder. The files contained in the self-extractor will be unpacked into the selected folder.
