JavaOne, Java this, Java that. To hear Sun's high-profile executives like Scott McNealy and Eric Schmidt -- oops, Alan Baratz talk, you'd almost think that Sun Microsystems was just an Internet software company. Is Sun spending too much time and effort on Java? In all the hype about this wonderful technology called Java is Sun forgetting it has a few other pretty good offerings, like Solaris and SPARC? You tell us.

Your answers are for purposes of this SunWorld survey only. Let us assure you that your name, IP address, and answers are never distributed, and we will not extract company data out of the survey. We do encourage your letters to the editor for publication, but otherwise this survey is limited to data only.
